Biography

Jonathan Djanogly MP was appointed as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice on 14 May 2010.

He was elected MP for Huntingdon in 2001 and previous positions include Shadow Solicitor General, where he assisted Home Affairs and Ministry of Justice teams on issues such as House of Lords reform, the new Supreme Court, criminal law and voting regulations.

Jonathan has practised law since 1990. He enjoys outdoor sports and activities, visiting the theatre, reading good histories and biographies, and appreciating Britain's countryside and heritage.
