Statistics – Considerations
The statistical information shown is supplied by tribunal systems themselves or their sponsoring departments and is intended to provide a broad overview of workloads and waiting times. The figures relate to either the 2008 calendar year or the 2008/09 financial year, except where otherwise stated. Where a jurisdiction has changed recently the statistical information normally relates to the superseded jurisdiction. Where information has not been provided for particular jurisdictions, this is noted accordingly and notes for each jurisdiction explain any particular considerations. Links to tribunal websites, where they exist, have also been provided.
