Coming into force
Part 75 came into force on 1 October 2002
PD 27B Note that the pilot in the original courts of Lincoln, Wandsworth and Wigan has been extended to 31 December. Four new courts, Norwich, Portsmouth, Sheffield and Watford, have been added to the pilot with effect from 11 November 2002.
PD 52 changes took effect on 30 September 2002
