Part 49 SPECIALIST PROCEEDINGS

(1) These Rules shall apply to the proceedings listed in paragraph (2) subject to the provisions of the relevant practice direction which applies to those proceedings.

(2) The proceedings referred to in paragraph (1) are proceedings under –

(a) the Companies Act 19851

(b) the Companies Act 19892;

(c) the Companies Act 20063; and

(d) other legislation relating to companies.
