LEVYING EXECUTION ON CERTAIN DAYS

1.1

Unless the Court orders otherwise, a writ of execution or a warrant of execution to enforce a judgment or order must not be executed on a Sunday, Good Friday or Christmas Day.

1.2

Paragraph 1.1 does not apply to an Admiralty claim in rem.
