This consultation sets out, and seeks views on, proposals for reform relating to the majority of Ministry of Justice bodies in the Public Bodies Bill.
The consultation is aimed particularly at those statutory consultees listed in Clause 10 of the Bill but views are welcomed from others who may have an interest in public bodies reform in the Ministry of Justice.
