All you need is:
- the name and date of birth of the person you are visiting
- their prisoner number.
You can choose up to 3 possible dates and times. Prison booking staff will check what's available and confirm your visit by email.
If you've made an online visit booking request and haven't received a confirmation email within 1-3 working days, please call 01483 344 418, lines open 9:00 - 12:00, 14:00 - 16:00 & 18:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday.
Additional information: A valid visiting order is required to visit a prisoner at HMP Coldingley. The visiting order must include the names and addresses of all visitors including children.
Smoking is not permitted in the visits areas.
There is wheelchair access and disabled toilets.
There are two mobile hearing loops available for those who are hard of hearing.
There is a visitors centre located outside the prison.

Booking information: Visits must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by phoning 01483 344310, which is open from 08:30 - 12:30, 13:30 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 - 14:30 Fridays.
How to get there:
The prison is situated in the village of Bisley, near the town of Woking in surrey.
Bus: Take number 34 or 44 bus from Woking Station and ask to stop at the Hen and Chickens Public House. It is a 5-minute walk along Shaftesbury Road to the prison. Coldingley is about 5 miles from Woking.
Train: From London (Waterloo) take trains stopping at Woking, which takes approximately 25 minutes. A taxi stand is located at Woking station or you can take the bus (see above).
- Car: From the M3, leave at junction 3 and take the A322 towards Guildford. After 3 miles you will enter the village of BISLEY. Shaftesbury Road is on the right at the corner of the Hen and Chickens public house. From the A3, leave the A3 at Guildford and take the A322 towards Bagshot. After about 7 miles you will enter the village of Bisley, Shaftesbury Road is immediately on the left after the Hen and Chickens public house.
- There is a visitors' car park available, with disabled parking for badge holders.
