Complaints

Complaints should be sent to the Ministerial Correspondence Unit, at the above address.

We treat any written or spoken expression of dissatisfaction with the service provided by the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice or its staff as a complaint.

We aim to reply to all complaints within 20 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint we will inform you of the steps you can take if you want it investigated further.
