Intellectual Property Enterprise Court
The Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) deals with intellectual property issues such as patents, copyright or trademark disputes and is situated in the Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London. It forms part of the Chancery Division of the High Court.
Detailed information on the work of the court is set out in the IPEC guide. The IPEC also has a small claims track. All proceedings in the IPEC (including the small claims track) are issued at the public counter in the Rolls Building. IPEC cases are heard in the Rolls Building except for small claims track cases which are heard in the Thomas More Building at the Royal Courts of Justice.

The public counter for the IPEC
The public counter for the IPEC is on the ground floor of the Rolls Building (address above). The same counter is used for all cases in the IPEC, including those in the small claims track. This is the place at which all fees will be paid and all proceedings and applications issued.
The counters are open Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 10am - 4.30pm.
