Part 22 Disclosure by the prosecution
There are currently no rules in this Part. As to the duty of the prosecution to make initial disclosure see sections 3 and 4 of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 ( 1). As to the continuing duty of disclosure see section 7A of the same Act.
