Part 23 Disclosure by the defence
There are currently no rules in this Part. As to the duty of the accused to make disclosure see sections 5 to 6E of the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 ( 1), and as to timing see the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Defence Disclosure Time Limits) Regulations 1997 ( 2).
