A draft report on listing and case management in the Crown Court prepared by three criminal justice inspectorates - HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate, HM Magistrates' Courts Service Inspectorate and HM Inspectorate of Constabulary - following a joint inspection in 2003.
The report was never finalised and is now being published under the Freedom of Information Act.
