The Enduring Power of Attorney registration pack

Fee: £130 to register each Enduring Power of Attorney application.

You can pay by credit or debit card, or by cheque.

If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, please indicate this clearly in your application form or covering letter and provide your telephone number.

Make cheques payable to 'The Office of the Public Guardian'.

Important: these forms are for registration of your EPA only. You will also need to include an 'Enduring Power of Attorney' form.

Important information if you are sending an application to register an Enduring or Lasting Power of Attorney on or after 1st October 2011

From the 1st October 2011 the LPA/EPA Application to Register Fee will be increasing from £120 to £130.

This increase follows the Governments recent response to proposals on changes to the Office of the Public Guardian fees. A new fees remission policy will also come in to force and be available from the 1st October 2011.
