Keeling schedules

A keeling schedule is a document that shows significant amendments to previous legislation. We use a keeling schedule to help us understand the effects of legislation. It contains the provisions of the earlier legislation and shows the effect of the amendments in the subsequent amending legislation.

These keeling schedules are for the Representation of the People Act 1983 and the Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001.

This version of the Representation of the People Act 1983 has been prepared to assist readers to understand the changes that were made to it by the Electoral Administration Act 2006.
