The Commission publishes a law reform report at the conclusion of each project, in which we present to Government our recommendations for reform. Our reports usually also include a draft Bill that, if implemented, would enact our recommended reforms.
Reports, consultation papers and other publications produced prior to 1996 are not available on this site. These publications can be downloaded free of charge from the Law Commission pages of the British and Irish Legal Information Insitute website or on the TSO Official Documents website. If you cannot find what you want, please contact us. We will be happy to email the files to you.
Printed copies of all our reports and most of our consultation papers can be purchased from the TSO online bookshop.
