BACS payments

The payment date listed on our website is when you should expect to receive money into your bank account. 

You will normally receive your remittance advice on the payment date. However, these can on occasions arrive after the payment date. This is due to circumstances outside of the LAA’s control, such as delays in the postal system.

When we pay you

Once processing is complete and your bill is ready for payment, it takes up to 8 working days for the money to reach your account if you are paid by BACS.

Please wait until this time has elapsed before contacting our customer services team with an enquiry as this will help us process all claims more quickly.

Sometimes there are variations in processing times between our teams and we may be able to process your work quicker than the oldest date shown.
