The civil procedure rule committee has published its freedom of information scheme.
The scheme aims to ensure that information is readily available to the public. The scheme also provides information on the extent of available material.
The civil procedure rule committee is an advisory non-departmental public body that makes rules of court for the Civil Division of the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the county courts.
