Details of changes to the Criminal Procedure Rules which come into force on 6 October 2008.
The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee has made amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules, which will come into force on 6 October 2008. There are new rules about starting a prosecution in a magistrates' court, about representatives in criminal proceedings and about appealing to the Crown Court, and various amendments of other rules.
