Cathy Ashton discussed human rights on No 10 webchat

The Human Rights Minister, Cathy Ashton, hosted a webchat on human rights this morning on the Downing Street website.

The questions she answered included such subjects as: freedom of information, protection of the state, the right to remain silent, a Bill of human responsibilities, racial discrimination, international human rights, disability rights, Zimbabwe, censorship and smoking.
