Details of the latest statistical updates, including statistics on population in custody, end of custody licence releases and recalls, and the implementation of freedom of information in central government.
The Ministry of Justice has published the following updates:

- end of custody licence releases and recalls
- freedom of information: implementation in central government
The population in custody and end of custody licence releases and recalls statistics show figures for May 2008. The freedom of information statistics covers the operation of the Freedom of Information Act in central government for the first quarter of 2008.
