A recruitment campaign has begun to fill the vacancy for chair of the Legal Services Board (LSB)
The Legal Services Act 2007 sets out the framework for legal services reform, which includes setting up a Legal Services Board (LSB) and an Office for Legal Complaints (OLC) and enabling legal services to be provided under new business structures.
The first step is the appointments of the chairs and board members for the LSB and OLC.
