Her Majesty The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of His Honour Judge Peter David William Coulson, QC, to be a Justice of the High Court.
The Lord Chief Justice will assign Judge Coulson to the Queen's Bench Division.

1. Judge Coulson, 49, was called to the Bar by Gray's Inn in 1982 and took Silk in 2001. He was appointed a Recorder in 2002, a Circuit Judge in 2004 and is approved to sit as a deputy High Court Judge.
