The Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill contains a wide range of provisions, including: reform of the tribunal system; changing the eligibility requirements for judicial office; measures covering enforcement by seizure of goods and the regulation of bailiffs; increased effectiveness for enforcement of civil court judgements; measures to protect the over-indebted. It was published in draft on 25 July 2006 and introduced in the House of Lords on 16 November 2006.
