Parole Board Rules
When conducting reviews the Parole Board follows the Parole Board Rules made by the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Parole Board Rules 2004, by Section 239(5) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
Parole Board Rules 2011(SI 2011/2947)
These Rules are a Statutory Instrument and may be cited as the Parole Board Rules 2011 and came into force on 3 January 2012. The Parole Board Rules 2004, both the original version and 2009 Amended version, are revoked. The revocation of the Parole Board Rules 2004 does not affect anything done under those rules before 3 January 2012.

The Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Amendment) Rules 2009 and came into force on 1 April 2009.
