The National Offender Management Service (NOMS) and the Youth Justice Board consulted on ways to promote the work of faith-based organisations with adult and young offenders. The aim of the consultation was to explore further steps that the government could take to strengthen engagement with the faith-based sector as well as its role in service delivery.
