The first annual review of Claims Management Regulation since the regulation came into force on 23 April 2007.
Claims Management Regulation became fully operational on 23 April 2007 and regulates businesses offering claim management services to the public in the fields of personal injury, criminal injuries compensation, industrial injuries disablement benefit, housing disrepair, employment and financial products and services.
The annual review highlights the achivements made in regulation over the past year and sets out key priorities for the future.
