The Equality Schemes Annual Review reports progress on equality and diversity throughout the Ministry of Justice in 2009-2010. It provides evidence on how the department is achieving compliance with its equality duties for race, disability and gender.

Highlights include the development of local equality action plans for our business groups, strengthening our data collection processes, launching our online equality and diversity training package for staff and publishing our Equality and Diversity Standard for courts.
