The Annual Report and Accounts of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) detail its performance in 2010-11 alongside audited accounts for the year.

The audited accounts show the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities for the year ending 31 March 2011 for the Ministry of Justice. They consolidate the results of MoJ headquarters and its four executive agencies (HMCS, NOMS, Tribunals Service and OPG) and report the grant funding paid to Arms’ Length Bodies.

The accompanying Annex provides detail relating to the Ministry’s progress in implementing Public Accounts Committee recommendations.
