Our policy to ensure that judicial office holders with disabilities are treated fairly and consistently.
We are committed to ensuring equality for people with disabilities (as defined by the Disability Discrimination Acts 1995 and 2005 (DDA)) that apply for judicial appointment, for new appointees who have a disability, and for serving judicial office holders who have or acquire them.
