Following the public consultation on the provision of Justices' Clerks in England and Wales a report has been produced by Her Majesty's Court Service (HMCS). A three month period will be allowed for the HMCS regions to consider the impacts of the proposed new model for the provision of Justices Clerks and to conduct further consultation as required. The board will then consider any representations from regional directors and approve a final model for delivery.
