The purpose of the C1A form is to improve safety for parents and children by gathering detailed information concerning allegations of domestic abuse, risk of abduction, or other concerns about harm to children, early in court proceedings. This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the use and effect of the introduction of the form into the Family Court.
