This report presents the findings of action research into the London Resettlement Pilot conducted between May 2006 and August 2006 in Wormwood Scrubs prison and eight North West London boroughs. This report assesses the implementation of the pilot and provides recommendations for the implementation of similar multi-agency resettlement projects
