The consultation provided an opportunity for partners in the regions, Wales and local communities to review work and agree new priorities to reduce reoffending over the next three years.
The consultation was linked to a consultation on the National Offender Management Service third sector action plan; 'Believing we can', a consultation with faith-based organisations; and a joint consultation with the Department of Health on 'Improving Health, Supporting Justice'.
