Sentencing statistics brief (quarterly)
Quarterly trends on indictable offences are presented for magistrates' courts and the Crown Court for various sub groups based on gender, age and type of disposal.
A consultation on proposed changes to this publication and related statistics took place between 24 July and 22 August 2008.
