What's New?
31st Update - The 31st update of the Civil Procedure Rules amends Part 54 by inserting a new section II of Part 54 containing rules about applications to the High Court under section 101(2) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002. This section provides that a party to an application to the Immigration Appeal Tribunal for permission to appeal against an adjudicator's determination may apply to the High Court for a review of the Tribunal's decision on the grounds that the Tribunal made an error of law.
All changes come into force on 1 April 2003, except the amendments to cross-references, which take immediate effect. For details of changes please see the Notes to Accompany.
An html CPR index is now available which incorporates 31st update changes. Should you have any comments about the web index we'd appreciate your feedback to: web.comments@lcdhq.gsi.gov.uk.
The Court Service is responsible for the provision of the CPR forms - if you have any comments or observations about the availability of court forms, please e-mail the Court Service.
The Court Service has launched a new-look website which has resulted in changes to many of its links. If you bookmarked any forms prior to 30 January you will need to re-mark them.
Details about this CPR site are available in the Help page.
