Scope of this Practice Direction
1.1
This Practice Direction lists the forms to be used in proceedings under the Act.
1.2
This Practice Direction contains two tables –
- Table 1 lists forms required or permitted by rule 17;
- Table 2 lists forms required by rule 28 (consent).
