A procession of judges led the ceremony, arriving at Westminster Abbey from the Supreme Court and the Royal Courts of Justice in The Strand for a private religious service, followed by the Lord Chancellor’s breakfast in Westminster Hall. The Lord Chancellor wore formal dress, alongside Judges and QC’s who were dressed in ceremonial robes.
