The non-departmental public bodies include parole boards, advisory bodies, independent monitoring boards and boundary commissions.

This report provides high level information about each of the department’s non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs) as of 31 March 2010. Including basic details such as contact information and also annual budgetary allocations, staff numbers, and remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer and/or Chair of the organisation.

The NDPBs help deliver some of the ministry’s functions and provide independent scrutiny and advice.
