The Ministry of Justice's annual Resource Accounts for 2009-10, showing the financial results for the department for the year ending 31 March 2010.

The Resource Accounts show the income, expenditure, assets and liabilities for the year ending 31 March 2010 for the Ministry of Justice.

The accounts consolidate the results of MoJ headquarters and its four executive agencies (HMCS, NOMS, Tribunals Service and OPG) and report the grant funding paid to Arms' Length Bodies.

The accompanying Annexes provide detailed budgeting information (unaudited) for 2009-10, performance against departmental targets, progress in implementing Public Accounts Committee recommendation and complaints made to the Parliamentary Ombudsman.
