Criminal Procedure Rules (CPR) – What are the barriers to following the CPR and how can they be overcome? 27 March 2014

Criminal Procedure Rules (CPR) – What are the barriers to following the CPR and how can they be overcome?

We will be hosting a web chat to give you the opportunity to tell us what you think the barriers are to follow the CPR and what can be done to overcome them. It is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts on where the barriers lie and suggest potential solutions. We will be asking:

  • What are the barriers to following the CPR?
  • What’s causing these barriers?
  • What can be done to ensure that following the CPR becomes routine?

Following this web chat, your comments and suggestions will feed into a report that will be reviewed by the Criminal Justice Board and actions prioritised to improve following the CPR.
