Judicial Review webchat – Tuesday 29 October between 1pm and 2.15pm

The judicial review (JR) policy team at MoJ will be holding a web chat to give you an opportunity to comment and ask questions on a proposed package of reforms governing the process of judicial review (opens in a new tab).

We’re hoping to answer as many of your questions as we can, but if we don’t manage to do so in the time available we’re planning to publish answers to more popular groups of questions online in the next few days.

Questions and comments submitted to the web chat will not be considered a formal response to the consultation, but will feed into and help inform policy developments.
