Coming into force

The amendments included in this update come into force on 19 November 2008.

Introduction

The 48th Update to the Civil Procedure Rules introduces change in one area: a new Pre-action protocol for Possession claims based on Mortgage or Home Purchase Plan Arrears in respect of Residential Property.

Coming into force

PD 52 in relation to appeals to the county court under the provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 comes into force on 25 November 2008
