Coming into force

Practice directions:

The above Practice Direction changes come into force on 3rd December 2001, with the exception of Practice Direction 55 which came into force on 15th October 2001 and Practice Direction 7E which comes into force on 17th December 2001.

Pre-Action Protocols:

The Judicial Review Pre-Action Protocol comes into force on 4th March 2002. The change to the Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes comes into force on 3rd December 2001.

Forms:

The form changes come into force immediately.
